The River Lakes boys’ hockey team entered playoffs on Tuesday, Feb. 20, in the Section 5A quarterfinals at Paynesville’s Koronis Civic Arena. The Eden Valley-Watkins girls’ basketball team finished the regular season on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Holdingford High School, where they fell to the Huskers, 58-37. The Eden Valley-Watkins boys’ basketball team overwhelmed Maple Lake on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 88-33. On Friday, Feb. 23, it was Paynesville topping the Eagles, 57-54, on the road.
