Kimball City Council Public Hearing


NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on February 2, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:

A request by Erin Bollman for a Variance from the 25-foot rear yard setback requirement in the Highway Commercial/Business district to 22’ setback from the rear yard property line for the property at 620 Hazel Ave. E.; and

A request by Erin Bollman for a Variance from the 50-foot side yard setback requirement when abutting a residential district to 8’ setback from the side yard property line, for the property at 620 Hazel Ave. E.; and

A request by Erin Bollman for a Variance from the 10-foot front yard setback requirement in the Highway Commercial/Business district to 1.16’ setback from the front yard property line, for the property at 620 Hazel Ave. E.; and

A request by Erin Bollman for a Variance from the minimum required parking spaces for the square footage of the building of 18 parking spaces to 14 parking spaces, for the property at 620 Hazel Ave. E.; and

Lots Thirty-six and Thirty-seven, Block One and the vacated alley adjacent to said lots, all in Sherwood’s Addition to Kimball Prairie (now City of Kimball).

Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed request will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.
